Report requests
Paid reports are prepared manually during the MVP stage. We first confirm whether enough useful public data exists. If we cannot produce a useful report, we may decline the request, offer an alternative scope, or issue a refund if payment has already been made and the report has not been delivered.
Price and delivery
Unless stated otherwise during confirmation, the standard MVP buyer report price is Rs 999 and target delivery is 24-48 hours after scope and payment confirmation. Timelines may change if official portals are unavailable, source documents fail, or the request needs clarification.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms are explained in the Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between a specific written confirmation email and the general website copy, the written confirmation for your request will apply for that request.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to be careful and transparent, but public portals and source documents may contain errors, missing records, delayed updates, or access issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realty Signal India and its operator will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a paid report is limited to the amount paid for that specific report, except where the law does not permit such limitation.
Fair use
Please do not scrape, overload, resell, or misuse the service. We may restrict access if usage harms the service or violates these terms.
Changes
We may update the website, reports, pricing, coverage, or these terms as the MVP develops. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
