Information we collect

When you request a buyer report or contact us, we may collect your name if provided, email address, phone number if provided, project name, RERA ID, requester type, concern/question, payment confirmation reference if applicable, and operational notes needed to respond to your request.

Information we do not need

Do not submit sensitive documents, Aadhaar/PAN details, bank card numbers, passwords, private agreements, medical information, or documents unrelated to the project question unless we specifically request them through a safer channel.

How we use it

We use the information to confirm whether useful public data exists, prepare or deliver a report, respond to your query, prevent misuse, maintain an internal request history, improve the service, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

Consent and withdrawal

By submitting a request, you consent to our use of the information for the purposes described here. You can request correction, deletion, or withdrawal of future processing by emailing us. If we must keep limited records for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance, we may retain those records for that limited purpose.

Payments

During the MVP stage, payments are handled manually after we confirm scope. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords, OTPs, or other payment credentials through the request form, email, or chat.

Sharing

We do not sell personal request details. We may use service providers for hosting, database, email, analytics, payment confirmation, document preparation, and operational support. We may also disclose information if required by law, to prevent misuse, to protect our rights, or to respond to your request.

Retention and deletion

We keep request details only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, report delivery, accounting, support, dispute handling, product improvement, and legal compliance. During MVP operations, deletion requests are handled manually.

Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the stage of the product, including protected admin access and hosted infrastructure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is intended for adults evaluating real-estate information. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
